What to expect

Train in a fully equipped private home gym designed to give you a focused, personalized workout without the crowds or distractions of a commercial gym. 

No babysitter? No problem. Bring your little one along and get your workout in. This is a space built for moms and for your baby because you shouldn’t have to choose between caring for your child and caring for yourself. The gym includes a playpen, a pack ’n play, a bouncer chair, toys, and more.
