We have a baby area set up to keep them entertained with a playpen, pack ’n play, bouncer chair, toys, and more.

Most women can start gentle movement around 6 weeks postpartum (after medical clearance). Programs are created around your individual recovery timeline.

No, but for prenatal and postpartum training, medical clearance is recommended. Safety first, always.

Each session runs 50 minutes. Enough time to train effectively without taking up your whole day.

Water, comfortable clothes, gym shoes, and your baby (if you want). Everything else is here waiting for you.

3 sessions: $255 ($85/session)
10 sessions: $800 ($80/session)
15 sessions: $1,125 ($75/session)
Small Group Training (up to 3 people)
$70 per person/session
Online Training
3 sessions: $225 ($75/session)
10 sessions: $700 ($70/session)
15 sessions: $975 ($65/session)

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged in full.
