  • While it’s tempting to go it alone or follow generic online workouts, the truth is: every body and every pregnancy is different. In-person training provides expert guidance helping you avoid common mistakes that could lead to discomfort, injury, or delayed recovery.

  • Yes! Babies and young children are welcome.

    We have a baby area set up to keep them entertained with a playpen, pack ’n play, bouncer chair, toys, and more.

  • That’s real life. We pause, adjust, and keep moving. No stress, no judgment.

  • Definitely. We start where you are and build from there.

  • Most women can start gentle movement around 6 weeks postpartum (after medical clearance). Programs are created around your individual recovery timeline.

  • No, but for prenatal and postpartum training, medical clearance is recommended. Safety first, always.

  • Each session runs 50 minutes. Enough time to train effectively without taking up your whole day.

  • Water, comfortable clothes, gym shoes, and your baby (if you want). Everything else is here waiting for you.

  • My private gym is located in the Mount Royal area of Calgary, Alberta.

  • Training (in-person)

    3 sessions: $255 ($85/session)

    10 sessions: $800 ($80/session)

    15 sessions: $1,125 ($75/session)

    Small Group Training (up to 3 people)

    $70 per person/session

    Online Training

    3 sessions: $225 ($75/session)

    10 sessions: $700 ($70/session)

    15 sessions: $975 ($65/session)

  • Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged in full.
